Shoutout From Elder Landon Stowers

What's up everybody! This week was full of miracles and answered prayers! The first one was I got a new companion the other day!🤣 His name is Elder Sunderlage and he is from Draper, Utah. He's super chill and it's been a blast. His last companion before he got here was actually one of my good friends in high school, Elder Max Peterson. Shoutout to Max for letting me steal his comp haha. 2 other Elders from Utah moved into our apartment and I've laughed more the past 3 days than I have in the past 3 months😂 I love speaking and learning Spanish but it has been such a blessing to have people to speak English to hahaha. 

Another miracle from this week was our friend Jordany got baptized! He has been coming to church every week but his mom wouldn't let him get baptized. I did a lot of sweet talking the mom haha and it paid off because she signed the baptismal form! It was so cool because she doesn't really like our church but Jordany wanted to get baptized so bad, so she let him make the decision for himself. He will be getting the Aaronic Priesthood next Sunday as well! It was awesome to see him take that step and to see his mom allow him to take it!

Love and miss you guys, I'm sorry I've been terrible at responding to emails the past few weeks. I'll try and be better haha!
