It's All Good - Week #45

Fun fact today is the exact halfway point on my mission I think.

Hello everybody once again! How's it going, how y'all living? Probably just peachy. Well let's get into it. This is future max and shoot my b, I made it long. So thanks for reading it all if you do!!

So last Monday the Bobadillas called us up and were like hey, you want some free food?? Obviously all of us said no, because free food, that's definitely a no go, nobody likes that...so we end up going to this place called Agave and Rye. They were doing a soft open an all the food on the menu was free for 2 days. That Monday and Tuesday. We had no idea what was going on but we were hyped!! It was pretty cool looking place Ngl. They kept saying the word epic, and one of the guy sc you could feel it was making him cringe every time. But the tacos and burritos and burgers we got all smacked!!

Tuesday we had to go again, bc it was free. So you already we went for lunch. Then we had a bunch of contacts on the bikes, but we did have a pretty nice lesson with a lady named cindy, so that was really good.

Wednesday, district council, a nice meeting with a NiƱo getting ready to be baptized, some nice time just playing the piano for like 45 minutes when we get back at night. I strongly suggest having a piano in your apartment, it's the way to go for sure.

Thursday we had some planning and then exchanges with Norte. I went with my old comp Dawson, and we had a good time. Had an actual phone lesson pop off. And a few good contacts too. Then we contacted at a park and found a new little street soccer court. So you know I had to show them what up. They started calling me Golazo, and the English guys called me Christian Pulisic so it was a good time. Also Melia opened her mission call, my fam thought it was a good idea to bring me...in cut out form. Which was an awesome idea!! But congrats Melia on Chile!!

Friday was also the exchange and we grinding some contacts out before English class and volleyball night!! We had a pretty solid turn out for both. The boys Aldo, Bryan, Wayner, Irvin and tony, starting betting pizza when they were all playing. It was a good time.

Saturday we had the car again, and went down to Nicholasville. We met a drunk member so that was exciting, but also a really dope member too. The drive was nice as well. Then we came back up and talked around the street for a while, before heading to soccer. It's always a good time.

Sunday, church, Bobadilla's, biking. The usual. It was Jojo's birthday so we went over to the Herrera's and had a lesson and some cake.

I should probably add a bit of a espiritual thought into these, as that is what most of my time is spent doing. So this week is going to be about 2 Nephi 10:23, we are free to choose eternal damnation, or eternal life. Key here is we are free to choose our path. Free to make the choice that determine where we end up in this world and the next. Eternal life is pretty simple to explain, it is us living eternally with our family's and god, receiving his blessing and progressing to be like him. Eternal damnation isn't always what we think of when we think of he'll, but it is. Any space where we cannot receive the fullness of the blessings of god, or the blessings are "damned" up, is a state of hell, and thus damnation. The amazing part is that we can act on our own will to choose the fullness of blessings, and love and serve the best we can, staying positive and grateful throughout it all!!

Love yall, really do. Hope you guys have a fantastic week, and I'll hit you up with another weekly email next week.

Te amo
-Max
