It's All Good - Week #40

Hey what's up? This week has been solid. I say that a lot but hey it do be solid tho. I'm kinda sick today tho so that's not solid. 

Anyway Tuesday was a solid day. We had a tortilla day with the Bobadilla's and the district. We made the dough, kneaded it, whipped it into some tortillas. Then made some popping Latino food. Felt like Gordon Ramsey out there. It was a good time.

Wednesday we had some quality lessons and 2 dinners. We had pho, a Vietnamese dish, so I was channeling my inner Kevin. Then one of elder Spencer's childhood friends got married and moved to Lexington so we had dinner with them and had some popping German food.

Thursday we grinded out at Keeneland and talked to sooo many people. Talked to some horses too you know how it be. Alex was defiantly drunk tho and could not understand anything. He did comment on random stuff.

Then we had some dinner at B-dubs. Half priced boneless, cant beat it.

Friday was interviews with pres. It went pretty well. We then went contacting and balled up with some homies at the park. Call me Zion tho I busted through both my church shoes, so I ended up playing In my socks...not the best choice but it is what it is. Then we had a pretty chill volleyball night. Then I think the jazz lost so that's awesome.

Saturday popped off with service. We work up early and helped move a family in, then came back studied a bit. Then helped good old Ingrid. Haven't helped her in a bit which is a miracle but it wasn't too bad. We only moved stuff for a while and made a bed so not too bad. Then we had soccer night., little did we know the branch had planned a fathers day activity in the gym. So we showed up with the best turnout we've had for a while and our branch was like nah no soccer tonight. It was hard to convince Lazaro, but I convinced them to move to half the gym, so we played half court. It still was a good time.

Sunday was pretty normal, Iglesias, Bobadilla's, biking. The usual. Good stuff. Was coming down with something so that was just the best but it was a good time

Happy Fathers Day dad!! Love ya! You're the best!! Don't know where I'd be without ya!!
