It's All Good - Week #17

Heyoo what's up everybody! This week was absolutely killer in a good way!! It was just an overall positive week.

Last Monday we had district p-day and got some tacos and took some cute pics so ill send a few of them.

Tuesday i woke up and just was in a real good mood. We had a Big ol Driving day and drove up to Loogootee and all the surrounding areas, we met some wack people, who live in the middle of no-where Indiana. We had a dot on this house. This house was like a 10 foot by 10 foot, 2 story, square shack. It was all falling apart and the pad lock on the door was broken and on the ground. We knocked and announced ourselves, to no answer. so we decided to check it out. The bottom floor was covered with what we think is beer. We were about to go up to the upper floor/loft thingy, and we heard like kinda scuttling, and then three big thuds. We weren't taking any chances on it being a hobo man so we left after that. It was probably just a racoon or 2.

Wednesday: was a decent day of contacting, we had a great Spanish lesson, but while in the apartment we convinced Elder Jesse to shave his legs, but me and elder Loftus had to shave everything else.. How ever i like the hair on my head so we got to leave that. So, that's what we did. Gotta say I had some sleek looking legs and i was sliding into my sheets.

Thursday was an Amazing day!! we had zone conference in Crestwood, which is where the temple is, so we got to go and see it. Zone conference was pretty great!! Its all ways a good experience. We did have to say goodbye to Emmy the equinox, but say hello to Big Rammy the Rav-4. The tiwi on the Rav allows us to go 9 over the speed limit so that was fun figuring that out. It was an awesome day, We got to see the temple. We also went to a target in Louisville, and man i love target. This target is also massive, and there is lots of good stuff in there. We bought a candle. Then later we met up with my boi, elder Brandner and had some dinner at canes. The drive home was bomb too, it was snowing and foggy and dark, in a warm car. Twas a good time.

Friday we got a call from the land lord lady that we cleaned out a house for a transfer ago, and we get to paint this house. It only took 5 hours to do the first coat, but it was a decent time. I was dead after it though, I was doing the little line between where the rollers couldn't get and the ceiling. we also had dinner with sister Hughlett.

I don't know if a lot of you know but recently 4 missionaries were involved in a car crash, resulting in the death of one of the elders,
Elder Smith. Elder Smith was Elder Loftus's homie, So he was really depressed. We had exchanges because Elder Jesse didn't want to deal with him, so my goal for the exchange was to get Loftus in a better mood, which I totally did. We talked for like 4 hours, and visited really positive people. We had dinner with Will too which was good. I think I accomplished my goal because Loftus was all smiling and having a good time.

Sunday, was a decent day, we had church, dinner with the Scotts, and gave brownies to Christian, and Marc and Kendra.
