It's All Good - Week #12

 

ey whats up!! how are you all doing?

This week deffinatly popped off. We had trunky saturday this week, or transfer calls. were loosing elder brandner and im getting a new companion. his name is elder macentosh? ngl i dont know 100% what his name is which is bad i know but im sure ill learn it sooner or later. But for reals rip elder brandner. Last transfer i want sure i was gonna make it, but i fetching love elder brandner with every fiber of my soul. He just has a personality that makes everything ok, and make you smile even when your driving home and your headache is getting worse. you pop elder brandner in any situation and its better. So he will deffinatly be missed. But, i know that god needs him somewhere else, so ill have faith and follow his will. 

But anyways ill give you guys some deets about my week.

Tuesday: Im not 100% sure what we did half of these days so i have to look through area book and my journal to remember every thing. ohh yeah so if you didnt know its already december which is wild!! time flies when your haveing fun. We were really connecting with people this week, We had a dinner with the breadens and my and elder brandner combined ate 20 tacos. So that was a great meal, brother breaden is a chef.

Wednessday: We did some lessosn, some service, and sister hughlette made ribs for us and OHHHHH. They were heavenly!! she kept telling us the she was sorry she didnt marrinate them for 3 days, only 1. I can only imagine the dinvie sensation my mouth would have gone through if she marinated them for 3 days. Dave was their again, and suprisingly he didnt bash us and was really supportive. Still dont like him, but hes comming around. God loves him too, so we do too. 

Thursday: Jasper South had exchanges and so the ZL's came to district confrence, and we had lunch with them. Elder Colemon, The GOAT, came to jasper and we had a bomb time. We had an amazing plan of salvation lesson with brain. Its kinda like a digram where the plan spells love and it really hits differnt spiritualy.

Friday: So the entire day we literaly did service. I think this was the first day i only wore non-pros. which is wack. We pulled some weeds for this old lady. And then did a lot of service for this german lady,  UNDINE!! Shes kinda wack but also so funny. Her daughter was trying to flirit with all of us and it was kinda weird but really funny bc jessee couldnt handle it. They also made us some shnitzle, i dont know how to spell that. but it was solid, and it filled my boly boly toooo much, i thought i was gonna be sick....THEN we stopped by colins house and He told us hes got his joy back and wants to be baptized maybe before he leaves to live in florida. I literatly couldn't stop smiling the entire time. Except when my stomach shuddered, and my entire body was like "Oh frick" but i was so happy that day!!

Saturday we did a lot of service again, We cleaned out this house and the landlord lady said we could have anything in the house, she was gonna trash it all anyway. It was a kinda werid house, and we get up stars and were all looking around and we see this random stray cat just chillilng. It terrified elder brandner haha. But we got it all moved out. it was pretty dope!! and then transfer calls came and the real part of trunky staurday started. But we grinded through it and had the best wow and loc lesson we have every had with anyone!! Colin was so on board and bishop really popped off. 

Sunday was solid. It was fast sunday and basically it was a thank elder brandner moments. kinda fun, kinda sad. We had dinner with the scotts and I love them soo much. We also stopped  by christan and felicia. They are also the best!! Their kids have soo much energy and started pillow fighting us. We tried to take a picture but eli still wanted to fight. Ill take the picture taken moments before distaster. Hahah

I really this week studied Love, charity, and Hope. Moroni 7 is a really bomb chapter and it might be my favorite, but true christ like love and charity in our lives creates a life of happyness. Elder brandner found a quote by elder holland that said, love is loyalty. I kinda like that. The people that truely love god are completly loyal to him, they show that love through their works and the faith they express. Over the past few months, i have really grown to love Jasper and the people in it. Im glad that i have the opportunity to stay and love them some more, but its going to make leaveing that much harder. Its worth it though.
